Mon-Fri, 8am - 12pm
3 month probation, thereafter renewable fixed term contract

  • Managing all online orders, making sure that every step is followed to ensure that all parcels are distributed in a timely manner
  • First point of contact for all customer service emails and enquiries including complaints
  • Processing all online payments
  • Processing refunds
  • Provide quotes and advice for customers wanting to purchase custom wallpapers
  • Maintain and update FAQ's
  • Responsible for research and feedback
  • Manage all platforms for the business including the website, Etsy and NOTHS
  • Arranging all order collections and deliveries daily
  • Managing all Wholesale Accounts and Invoices
  • Provide Monthly Website Report to Management
Skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the highest attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • You'll thrive under pressure, managing your time well and able to juggle multiple customers at any one time
  • You'll have enough confidence to make real-time decisions and think outside the box
  • A genuine passion to always improve the online customer experience
  • Customer service experience/customer focussed
  • Natural problem solver
  • Interest in ecommerce and or digital marketing
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • MS office suite (excel, word)
Nice to have
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principals
  • Ecommerce or digital experience
