Meet the Artist

When I first came across Jess Meyer, something just clicked, she had my heart from the start.

From the age of six, Jess was already painting her first masterpiece (a sweet little Thumper from Bambi on an A5 canvas, no less!). Creativity runs deep in her family, passed down like a treasured heirloom from her grandmother, and it’s something she now lives and breathes in every aspect of her life and work.

With a background in fine art from Michaelis School of Fine Art and a specialisation in printmaking, Jess blends traditional hand-crafted illustration with modern digital techniques. The result? Artwork that feels soulful, original, and made to last, something we value so deeply at Munks and Me.

Jess’s story is a beautiful blend of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, something we resonate with wholeheartedly. Her work isn’t just about pretty pictures (although they are stunning); it’s about storytelling, meaning, and creating pieces that truly come alive.
