DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY TIMES:
Once your order is placed, it's immediately scheduled and prepared for printing within 2–12 hours. We always aim to get your order into production as quickly as possible, and once it's ready, it's dispatched straight away via our trusted delivery partner, UPS.
Occasionally delays can occur, so please allow the following timeframes from your date of order:
WALLPAPER
- UK: 7–10 working days
- EU: 7–10 working days
- ROW: 7–10 working days
SAMPLES
- UK: 7–10 working days
- EU: 7–10 working days
- ROW: 7–10 working days
IMPORT CHARGES
- UK orders are printed and dispatched from the UK, no import charges apply.
- Orders from outside the UK are printed and dispatched from our studio in The Netherlands.
- EU orders will not incur any import charges.
- Orders from outside the UK and EU may be subject to local customs and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
*Have an urgent deadline? We do our best to prioritise time-sensitive orders, just email us at hello@munksandme.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
*If you're working with a decorator, we'd recommend waiting until your order has arrived before booking them in. While we always aim to deliver within the above timeframes, occasionally things outside of our control can cause delays. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, we suggest ordering your wallpaper first and booking your decorator once it's safely with you. Please note that we're unable to reimburse decorator fees in the event of a delay.
DELIVERIES:
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us at hello@munksandme.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make the change before your order goes to print and dispatch.
All deliveries require a signature on arrival to keep your order safe. If you won't be home, we recommend using an alternative address, your workplace or a trusted friend or family member, to ensure someone is available to receive it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can update your delivery details directly through UPS My Choice. Please note that once a delivery address has been changed via UPS after dispatch, we're unable to accept responsibility for the parcel from that point onward.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a new shipping label will need to be arranged and the cost of redelivery will be at the customer's expense.
RETURNS:
All of our wallpapers and murals are printed to order in your chosen design and size. We do not hold wallpaper stock which helps us operate a zero waste business.
Because our murals and wallpaper are custom made for each wall, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if:
- you change your mind,
- the colour or design does not suit your space,
- the wrong size, colour, design or quantity was ordered.
We strongly recommend ordering samples and using our measuring guide before placing your order. Our team is always happy to double‑check your wall measurements or help you choose colours before you buy.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will quickly arrange a reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS:
All wallpaper orders go into production within 12 hours of payment, as each order is printed to order just for you. If you've spotted an error, please email hello@munksandme.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
After this window, or once your order has already been printed, we're unable to cancel or make amendments, including changes to shipping addresses. Please double check your details at checkout, as we can't be held responsible for errors introduced by auto-fill settings. That said, always reach out to hello@munksandme.com and we'll help wherever we can.
PRODUCT IMAGES:
We work hard to ensure our product images are as true to life as possible. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or screen settings, if you're unsure about a shade or finish, we always recommend ordering a sample first.
SAMPLES:
Our mural samples are printed to a scale of H250cm x W350cm, with a smaller scaled full version of the mural included in the corner of the A3 sample, so you can get a feel for both the detail up close and the overall design at a glance. Wallpaper samples are true to scale, to give you the best possible view of the pattern, colours, and design details.
Samples are a great way to check colours in your space before committing to a full order, and our team is always happy to help you choose.
Helpful Info To Note
How to get the wall measurements correct?
All our wallpapers are made to order, so please make sure you double check your measurements before putting them in or emailing them to us. Remember to always add 8 - 10 cm's to the total height and width to allow for trimming. Should any orders need to be reprinted as a result of incorrect measurements being provided, we will not be responsible for any additional charges on the reprint or removal/re-installation.
When must I book the decorator?
If you are using a Decorator, please do not book them until your order has arrived. We understand that Decorators are busy and you may miss your ideal install date however, sometimes things happen that are out of our control, which may alter the delivery date. It is for this reason that we advice ordering the wallpaper early, then booking your decorator when the order arrives. We will not be held responsible for reimbursing Decorator Fees.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect wallpaper?
Printing wallpaper is a technical and advanced process, and on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. If you have received damaged wallpaper or the wallpaper is incorrect please contact us immediately.
