Please make sure you measure your wall/s correctly and accurately, to ensure you order enough Wallpaper. Our wallpaper is printed in batches, so although potentially very slight, unfortunately we can't guarantee an exact colour shade match between batches

• UK and International Orders are delivered in 7-10 business days from the date of order
• All orders and International samples are delivered using a UPS tracked service
• Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready to dispatch
• UK samples are delivered in 7-10 business days and sent with Royal Mail. UK samples are not tracked
• You will receive an email notification when your UK sample order is ready to dispatch
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and determined by the order and delivery location
• If it has been over 10 days and you have not been updated on your order, please email hello@munksandme.com with your order number

• All Munks and Me wallpapers are printed to order just for you, so they are non‑returnable except in the case of damage or fault.
• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will quickly arrange a reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
• In situations where an ordering mistake has happened on your side, we can sometimes offer a discount on a replacement wallpaper as a gesture of goodwill. This is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed, but we’ll always try to help you find a solution.
