Our step by step installation guide is also printed on the top of every roll we send out, for you to have handy during the installation.

KEY TIP: Measure twice, Install once!

Please make sure you measure your wall/s correctly and accurately, to ensure you order enough Wallpaper. Our wallpaper is printed in batches, so although potentially very slight, unfortunately we can't guarantee an exact colour shade match between batches
Shipping Information
  • UK and International Orders are delivered in 7-10 business days from the date of order
  • All orders and International samples are delivered using a UPS tracked service
  • Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready to dispatch
  • UK samples are delivered in 7-10 business days and sent with Royal Mail. UK samples are not tracked
  • You will receive an email notification when your UK sample order is ready to dispatch
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and determined by the order and delivery location
  • If it has been over 10 days and you have not been updated on your order, please email hello@munksandme.com with your order number
Returns Policy
  • All our wallpaper is printed on demand, we do not accept returns
  • If your wallpaper is damaged, marked or has a design defect, please email us photo/video evidence and we will gladly replace it for you
  • If you have been sent the incorrect order or your order is the wrong colour, please email us and we will also replace it for you
  • If the wrong size was ordered, or the wallpaper is damaged during installation, unfortunately the wallpaper will need to be reordered
