E-Commerce Customer Service Executive
Full time: 8am – 3pm
Work from Home position (2-4 weeks training in the office, then work from home)

We are a premium Nursery and Childrens Wallpaper Brand and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with proven e-commerce experience, to join the business during an exciting time in the company’s expansion.
In this role you will be the primary contact for all pre and post sales enquiries, so the ability to multitask and communicate quickly, clearly and in a friendly and empathetic manner with our customers is essential.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally with a premium/luxury brand
An E-Commerce background or recent E-Commerce experience
Friendly and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills using MS Office Suite and Google applications (Mail, Calendars, Drive)
A natural problem solver with an “I can resolve anything” approach to customer service
The ability to communicate confidently with international/multicultural customers and businesses
A quick learner with the ability to absorb information on the brand, our products and services
A passion for Interior Design and creative projects
Advantageous:
Shopify knowledge
Accounting Software (Xero, Sage etc) – creating customer accounts and sending quotes, invoices and statements
Can interpret architectural drawings/plans, to calculate the required wall coverage of the design/mural
Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of IG, FB, TikTok, Pinterest
Creative – have a “creative eye” and can interpret designs, colours, room spaces and layouts
An interest in Children's Design
Responsibilities:
Managing all email and social media enquiries from customers, Interior Designers, Artists and Businesses
Being the “face of the company”. The first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries via email, Etsy and all social channels (IG, FB, Pinterest)
Taking creative briefs (pictures, sketches, plans), quoting, invoicing, shipping
Managing Shipping enquiries, parcel tracking and delivery, customs communication and claims
Ensure all orders are being processed on a daily basis
Arranging shipping labels and collections, using easy to use shipping software
Working with our design team on custom projects, where you will be responsible for taking the brief from the customer, briefing that into design and being the customers point of contact throughout the project
Working with Interior Designers and Businesses, setting up private accounts with agreed terms
