Shipping Information
- UK and International Orders are delivered in 7-10 business days from the date of order
- All orders and International samples are delivered using a UPS tracked service
- Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready to dispatch
- UK samples are delivered in 7-10 business days and sent with Royal Mail. UK samples are not tracked
- You will receive an email notification when your UK sample order is ready to dispatch
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and determined by the order and delivery location

Product Details
- Please add 10cms to the exact height and width of your wall for trimming
- If covering multiple walls, use their highest point as the height, and the walls combined widths for the total width, then add 10cms and 20cms to each for trimming
- Premium Non-Woven, Matte Finish Wallpaper
- Eco-friendly - Printed on FSC Certified Paper using non-toxic inks
- Paste the wall application, adhesive is applied to the wall
- UK wallpaper panels are 70cm wide, and each panel printed to the height ordered
- Rest of World wallpaper panels are 48.5cm wide, and each panel printed to the height ordered
- Our wallpaper is sold per square meter, so the listed price is the price per sqm
- All designs are customisable, so email us and let’s chat
- Wallpaper can be cleaned by gently wiping the affected area using a lightly damp cloth
Returns policy
- If your wallpaper is damaged, marked or has a design defect, please email us photo/video evidence and we will gladly replace it for you
- If you have been sent the incorrect order or your order is the wrong colour, please email us and we will also replace it for you
- If the wrong size was ordered, or the wallpaper is damaged during installation, unfortunately the wallpaper will need to be reordered

Do you offer samples?
Yes, you can find a "Buy Sample'' button on each of our product pages, so just go to the page of the wallpaper you like, and order that particular sample right away.
How do I measure my wall?
We need the full height and width of your wall, so you will need to measure the wall at its highest and widest points, then add on 10cm's to those measurements to allow a little extra for trimming.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes! We deliver worldwide using a UPS tracked service, you will receive your tracking number when your order is ready to be dispatched.
How long does delivery take from the time I place my order?
Our delivery time is 7 - 10 business days from the date you place your order.
