- Orders from outside the UK are printed in The Netherlands

- Please add 10cms to the exact height and width of your wall for trimming
- If you are covering multiple walls, use the highest point of the walls for the height. For the width, measure the width of each wall, and combine together for your total width. Then we suggest adding on an extra 10cm to the total height and width for trimming.

- Wallpaper can be cleaned by gently wiping the affected area using a lightly damp cloth

Please make sure you measure your wall/s correctly and accurately, to ensure you order enough Wallpaper. Our wallpaper is printed in batches, so unfortunately we can't guarantee an exact colour or pattern match for any extra panels required
Returns policy
- If your wallpaper is damaged, marked or has a design defect, please email us photo/video evidence and we will gladly replace it for you
- If you have been sent the incorrect order or your order is the wrong colour, please email us and we will also replace it for you
- If the wrong size was ordered, or the wallpaper is damaged during installation, unfortunately the wallpaper will need to be reordered

Do you offer samples?
Yes, you can find a "Buy Sample'' button on each of our product pages, so just go to the page of the wallpaper you like, and order that particular sample right away.
How do I measure my wall?
We need the full height and width of your wall, so you will need to measure the wall at its highest and widest points, then add on 10cm's to those measurements to allow a little extra for trimming.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes! We deliver worldwide using a UPS tracked service, you will receive your tracking number when your order is ready to be dispatched.
How long does delivery take from the time I place my order?
Our delivery time is 7 - 10 business days from the date you place your order.
